The clerks were high and told me he was nervous cause I looked like a cop. Smelled like weed so badly. They had a pit bull in their shop they said was friendly but kept growling at me. I felt that if I moved to fast he'd bite me.

No improvements are needed
CAROLYN PWindshield and interior of cab wasn’t clean. Vehicle otherwise was ready to go. Would have preferred the vehicle gas tank be full instead of about 3/4.

CRAIG HThe worst. Self pick up isn't fun at all. Took forever, had zero help, parked in the trees, with cut branches all around so I had to walk through them to take pictures and video. Garbage all over, looked like unloved people had been living there. I'd pass on ever doing that pick up area again. Or doing self pick up.
