Hello. I wanted to leave this review in regards to the service I was provided last Friday after renting one of your vehicles. I am highly dissatisfied with the level of service provided. After careful research, it appeared that Uhaul had good rates based on the van request. Upon arrival at your facility in Canton Michigan, the specific van I had requested was not available. I received a quote after selecting a year and model of the desired rental however, when I presented the info at the location, they had mentioned they didn’t have that van in the lot and that if I wanted to rent something, I needed to take what they had in stock. Isn’t that the whole point of making a reservation? That was unacceptable! Also, when I attempted to ask “where should I park my car”, they responded with “that’s not my problem”. Are you kidding me??? Unbelievable! I had to park in a nearby Wendy’s restaurant parking lot on the other side of the Uhaul building. This is terrible customer service! The individual that was handling my paperwork completely disregarded any feedback I had and didn’t seem to care about anything. A happy customer will tell 3 people of their experiences and an unhappy customer will tell 20 people! I can tell you right now, that I will be reviewing my experiences with every person I associate with and I will be sure to indicate everything online into different blogs and multiple forums. That was completely and utterly disrespectful and extremely uncalled for. Very unprofessional and unacceptable. I actually need to rent another Van this upcoming week end to finish my transition from Canton to Allen Park but with that type of service, I will probably be taking my business else ware. I had thought Uhaul was better than that. I guess i'll be renting a ryder next time. -Amy

It’s had been over a month now that I have been calling and emailing about the incorrect/additional charges to my bank account. I would like to simply be reimbursed the money owed to me in your errors. I returned my turn on time same day and they charged me a late fee stating I returned it late. I then called and they stated they did not see any fines for damage ... I stated for late charge. They said they didn’t have it showing it was late and that they charged me. However I have the transaction to my bank account from them as well as the email receipt that that you sent me showing the charge amount for late fee. Please contact me and correct that error, all I ask.

I filled the gas tank up at the gas station right across the street from the facility with 27.00 worth of gas but am being charged as if the tank was half empty. What a rip off. When I went in to turn in the truck they were too lazy to get up to check the mileage and gas so I trusted them. Too bad for me. I will never ever use any uhaul again!
