Cargo areas was not clean. Furniture dolly and furniture pads were not in truck. We had to go to the main Columbus Rd location to get things corrected.

Building looked abandoned. There was a guy sitting in a truck at the return location who said he would take care of the return. I had no idea if he was an employee or someone who would have drove off in the truck once we left. He was nice and helpful but the whole drop off set up was very sketchy
