Nelson took very good care of me. Im dissapointed that uhaul calls one day before im to pick up auto trailer and make me drive a very long distance to retrieve one from my original place i had requested. It was Not good to drive that far.

The reported gas level (1/8) was not accurate. The tank had over 1/2 a tank when I returned it. I was charged additional gas fees and I do not believe I should have had to pay it. The drop off was during off hours (closed Sunday). Really disappointed about this one.
