How U-Haul Reviews WorkSherry Watson went above and beyond the norm to help us when we were in a bad situation with a broken down trailer. The trailer we rented from her was perfect for our needs.
Greg WI completely forgot a few pieces of cardboard in the back of the trailer I rented, and during the check in process when I realized they were there I was going to take them out and put them in my vehicle. The employee insisted it was too late to take it out and that I would have to receive a small cleaning fee. I repeatedly tried to just take the few pieces of cardboard out so I would not have the fee. He would not let me remove them and told me there was no choice. After leaving, I realized that the “small fee” was $50. This is outrageous, especially since I tried to remove the cardboard and was not allowed. Moving is already an expensive endeavor and charging people extra and not letting them remove things from the U-Haul is ridiculous.
Yancey CRon is just a adorable person, love the way he made me laugh and made sure I had everything I needed, I've never met someone like hike him and im so very glad I have he's became my family in so many ways. I would say this is the best place in Georgia to rent a UHAUL at rather its a local or a one way they have it all.
Sherrie WI was relocating to Warner Robins and used this location in cordele. I was told if I bring the vehicle back to this location from Warner Robins that I would receive at least $100 back compared to if I left the truck in Warner Robins that location would charge me and extra $100 for leaving it. So she put me down for 120 miles and when I returned the truck I was over by 2 miles. I asked if I would receive anything back I was told “No”. She stated the other locations did not like to accept drop offs which is why I would have been charged the extra $100 so that’s why I should bring it back. I’m highly disappointed and not satisfied. It’s as if she fabricated the story about the extra charge just to get me to bring the truck back to her location.
