even though I returned equipment, the order wasnt closed after two days. I called multiple times to get an answer, it would dial for a couple times and then it would go straight to voicemail. I had to call customer service and they got a hold of the worker in 2 mins. something is fishy here so make sure your workers do the right thing and are actually working the hours specified and answer the phone. it aint that hard

No one there for 30 minutes upon scheduled to pick up. No one's there upon scheduled drop off. Was initially charged for a late return fee until I spoke to a customer service agent.

JULIA WThe provider stated that they would ensure that the trailer would be returned into the system on time. I made the mistake of trusting that person. I informed them that I would be dropping the trailer off early. They said they were going to be closed during regular hours, but the trailer would be returned on time. The provider decided to return the trailer a day late in the system, even though the trailer was on their lot. The trailer was not completely clean inside, but it was satisfactory. One of the cable lines for tow safety was surprisingly worn, but it was functional.
