I was very unhappy the truck I wanted was not there I waited for two hour and they had me on a wild goose chase trying to get a truck I order a truck of Winchester ky had to go to Carile ky 80 miles out my way and the truck was not there then I ended up getting a 10 foot truck and I request a 20 so I had to ask bunch of my friends to help me move my stuff and on top of that had to pay them gas to help me so I am not please with you all service and going to share it on Facebook because you all did not even care and plus would not even give me discount or any thing so I am no happy at all

Give me the location I requested. I had to drive 40 miles to get the truck. I was supposed to get the miles for free but I was charged the extra miles. I need to be reimbursed for the mileage .

This has been the WORST experience I have ever had. We scheduled a truck 2 weeks in advance, gave them my card info to reserve, address, everything they needed. Told them the size truck, date, etc. Show up at the place in Georgetown KY, where we did this. Show up and find out the scheduled the completely wrong size truck. Then told us we couldn’t take it because it was an in town truck ONLY. No trucks were available in the general area. My husband had to drive an hour away from our house, now 3 hours behind on when we set up to get this truck. So we get a truck, have to fill the thing up on gas & our car to go get the darn thing. We return it properly, put it back, gas wise, WHERE IT WAS WHEN WE GOT THE TRUCK, and now I’m being charged AN EXTRA GAS FEE. This is literally the most terrible experience I’ve had. Uhaul did almost nothing to fix this, period. Now waiting on a call from “in charge” to pretty much argue some more. Terrible terrible terrible.

I picked up the uhaul, the gentlemen who rented the uhaul to me had to go and sweep out the back part and told me to leave the door up when i drove it to air it out because it smelled horrible. Once i got to my home i was moving and realized that the smell was mkre then horrible it smelled like farm animals lived in the back for months. Trying to over look that because i had a shirt drive, i loaded my stuff and got moving half way to my new home my nephew pointed out there was a roach crawling on him!!! Pulled over shook it iff only to realize they where every where in the cab of the truck!!! It was madness.

When we picked-up the truck in Jeffersonville, IN, there was an issue with the amount of gas in the truck compared to the amount listed on our contract. We were advised to just explain this to the attendant at the drop-off site. Initially, our selected drop-off was Clarks Mini Storage #2 at 202 Millersburg, KY 40348. This is not the correct address for that business. Per the map on the UHaul website, as well as when entering this address on Google Maps, we were guided to an empty lot. It was after hours and dark (8:30PM). We drove down the small road to make sure the facility wasn't around the curve - but the road ended as a dead end above a creek (which was somewhat dangerous and difficult to turn around). We called the 1-800 number and were told that was the correct address. We called back after reviewing the map again and driving back past the site (adding additional miles, as well as time to our long day) and told the representative (again) that it is not the correct address. They selected an alternate drop-off for Clarks Mini Storage in Carlisle, Ky. I would like to note that we drove past a storage facility with UHaul trucks parked in the lot just down the road, but the name on the business was B&T Storage. I have since been advised that this is Clarks Mini Storage #2, and is owned by the same owners of Clark Mini Storage in Carlisle. Not knowing any of this at that time, we returned the truck to the Carlisle site as instructed at about 9:30PM with no problem. However, today I see a preauthorization charge of $196.88 from the UHaul in Jeffersonville, IN, and an additional preauthorization charge of $103.18 from Clarks Mini Storage/UHaul. After a long and confusing drop-off, the additional concerns about the charges and hold on my funds are more than an inconvenience. I do hope that UHaul is able to ensure that we are charged the correct amount ($196.88). We have used UHaul in the past with no issues. I hope the sloppy check-in, incorrect directions to the drop-off location, and incorrect business signage are not typical and will be corrected for current and future customers. I expected more from UHaul and am disappointed that I will have to find another provider for my future moving needs.
