Honor the request of your customers. I reserved a trailer and confirmed by phone that the trailer was on site and ready for pickup. The truth of the matter the trailer was NOT on site. The local dealer trying Ed to find a trailer which he did after about a 1/2hr wait. He located a trailer several miles away and that dealer would not allow me to return the trailer to where I had rented it. There’s more to the story, more than band width allows here
