It was my first time at this location. I walked in without an appointment and was still able to get a vehicle. I was in/out in under 15 minutes. I would recommend them to anyone in the area looking to move.

Incredibily fast and easy process. I arrived and was driving off with the trailer in less than 10-minutes. It couldn't have been smoother.

AMANDA PThe truck had issues. I also booked a van at one location, went to pick it up, they did not have a van even though I had reserved one that morning. Then sent me to this location with the promise of a van and moved my reservation there. When I got there I was told there was no van for me. They gave me a truck instead which had a TPMS fault from the moment I got it and the employees knew. I was told on the phone while my reservation was being transferred that I would receive a $50 credit for the hassle and having to spent more on mileage and gas for being in a different location. I have not received this either. Overall I am very disappointed
