How U-Haul Reviews WorkI’m extremely frustrated that when I arrived at the pick up location, not only did the app malfunction and I had to sit on the phone with customer care for 30 minutes. Then finally get in the truck and the truck is completely dead. Why are these trucks not being maintained properly? No one checks on them regularly? Then had to call and wait another 45 minutes on phone with customer care so they could rent me a different truck. Got that done and when I came to return it I couldn’t because the guy that changed me to a new truck never sent me any info so I had no proof through the app to turn the truck in. All of these troubles, I won’t go back with U-Haul.
Danielle AI did not receive the two dollies i requested, and customer service on the phone told us that we would be able to drop off the 26 ft.truck at our requested location where I had rented a 10 x 20 storage unit at $250 a month.. That was not the case so I was charged an additional 9 miles because I had to drive it to another location which was very inconvenient.
