The online, no personnel support was very difficult in a location with minimal phone service. ONline support was not helpful as there was no obvious wi-fi connection available. I f we had known at the time we made the reservation that we would be required to upload pictures etc. we would have gone to another location.

Howard BIssues with both picking up truck reserved (15’) and returning it. Without a person to deal with and to resolve issues it created problems. The actual use of the truck for my purposes worked out well, just not a good experience dealing with multiple virtual people. Good example was the truck i actually used was not properly reflected until will after i returned and the charges per day for the replacement truck given to used, a 20’ truck substitute was supposed to be at same. 15’ foot rate / day (29.95 vs 39.95) was not properly reflected on final bill of $200+ vs.$190 correct total billing.
