The U-Haul was in working order and had good tires on it. The pick up process was a little unorganized. No one was there to give us the keys. Employee attitudes could have been better.

MEGAN HOne thing I don't understand, I cleaned it pretty good, but was charged a cleaning fee, and I filled the rank all the way, cause I had missed the message that I only needed to fill it 7/16, but I didn't get a refund on that, and I feel, I should be getting a refund for the rest of the tank of Gasoline, don't you think?
