i was expecting an employee on site but got tutored over the phone, not a big deal at all just set proper expectation for next customer please.

Jay PAppoint was at 730. Showed up at 7. Office locked. No one showed. Called the number. Multiple times. No one picked up. Finally at 740 someone picked up (still no one in the office). Had to download the app and check out that way. Got the wrong truck and was late since it took so long to check out. Never use U-haul again if I can avoid it.
craig mTruck was not filled up and am now disputing return gas level charge. Will be filing complaint with better business. Had truck been filled up on pickup there would be no dispute. Was told ¼ to ⅜ of a tank, was returned above a ¼, now charges for fuel?? Will dispute charge with credit card company as well. Please feel free to reach out to me I sent a test to local vendor and received no response
