Dealer forgot to change equipment ID when we switched trailers at the last minute, leading to charges for a still-active contract after equipment was properly returned. The issue was quickly resolved once I contacted the dealer.

Guillermo MIt was a terrible location and very unprofessional. I have used another location two other times and it is no where as good! No one in the office. We had a call a number. It was really terrible.
LISA GThe automated system is the worst most complicated terrible customer service system ever and the return taking pictures that never work. I had to put my license in four times when I pi ked it up, please get back to human beings.
