The keys were not on the lock box. They were still in the drop off bin. Had to get an employee of the location to come and get the key for me which delayed things a bit. Also, there was an issue with the app. I tried to upload pictures of the truck when I picked it up but it wouldn’t work. I took them on my personal device and saved into my gallery if needed. Other than that, great experience.

Personnel in gas station who facilitate location to these trucks were about useless. The app was having major issues . Had to get on the phone with a rep to even get the keys etc. between receiving/pickup with the app and the personnel at gas station… it was a very poor experience
