There was no one there when I picked up or dropped off the trailer. I called and followed the instructions I was given, but the next day had to call U-Haul to correctly get the rental completed. It was overall a weird experience.

Great experience overall with the location. I would recommend. The only issue is that there was no cruise control with the truck. I can't believe a new vehicle doesn't come with cruise control.
