They over change us & when we called to verify the guy was very rude & unprofessional. When we was running late he got shitty with us. I was told I had until 4pm to pick u- haul truck up. We had pick up set for 10 am but didn't make it there until 11:30am. The guy was very rude & unprofessional I wouldn't recommend picking the truck up from there.

This location was poorly maintained. Associate and others there (friends?) carried on a conversation laced with profanity and seemed unconcerned about my transaction.

I was happily surprised as to how easy, thorough, and quick the process was at Monack's. It has a great location that makes it easy in and out; plus plenty of parking. This will be my go-to place the next time I am in need of a 10 foot truck. They are easy to drive, low enough to load, and very efficient.

The mileage on the paper and the truck I rented didn’t match up. I didn’t think it would matter because it would only show how many miles I drove. Wrong on my part. I got charged for driving 92 miles when I maybe went 24. I am furious that I am paying for someone else’s miles and mistake. But I guess it was my fault for not saying anything. But it was an expensive time to have kept my mouth shut!!! Best part if I drove 92 miles I think I would have needed some gas right? The red line was still right by the F. So wow. Great truck if I drove 92 miles moving my belongings and not having to stop for gas!! And had a truck that the check engine light came on. Had to take it back before I was done with it and my time was up because I was afraid the thing was going to break down. It wasn’t shifting between gears and making an awful noise. Take it back. Was told that’s normal for the light to come on in these trucks. And was told I should have put more gas in it. For putting 92 miles on it I should have put two gallons of gas in it. Wait what? I didn’t put gas in it. The line is on F. And I did not drive 92 miles!!!!!!!! So not only did I not get to finish my moving job. I paid for someone’s mistake. But I guess jokes on me thinking those numbers wouldn’t matter!!

Uhual's customer service needs to be improved! My account was charged twice for this reservation and I called on numerous occasions to resolve the problem and each time they said there was nothing that they can do. Unacceptable! Also, it took between 15-20 minutes to reach a customer service representative each time I called. This is not good customer service.

I wanted a smaller truck, but only a 17 footer was available. I have run into this before, and at a few places was given the larger vehicle for the smaller trucks price. It would be nice if all outlets would offer this to their customers.

Mr. Monack was like a breath of fresh air! He expifited our transaction and was a pleaser to talk to as well as do business with.
The door was messed up and latch was broke. Had to have two people to shut the door. Took 1 hour to talk to someone on roadside to send someone out then another 4 hours to fix it and then couldn't get an extension on time. Will never use again

Everything about this location was fantastic. I really enjoyed with them there. What I hated was on check out the uhaul system was messed up and took me 45 mins to do what should have literally taken 3 mins. I'm in the middle of a move and time is the most important and have limited amounts of. Honestly I won't choose uhaul for another move just for this reason and being delayed they didn't even offer any kind of refund or anything. AGAIN IT HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH THE LOCATION, PEOPLE I WAS DEALING WITH, JUST A BAD SYSTEM. The system said I was to return the truck the same day and time I picked it up then took forever to get fixed. Thanks uhaul.

The owner had problems when attempting to submit my order on the Uhaul web site because the web site did NOT expose any recovery actions to inform the owner how to recover from obvious Uhaul web site ("...unexpected internal error"). FYI, I work in the software development industry and I can tell you this was a Uhaul web site error.
