Everything went smoothly from hookup to return. There was an agent in the yard to help uncouple trailer, check the status of my account and I was on my way home in 5 minutes. Most of the time was me backing the trailer into the parking spot. After 50+ years of towing I still can't backup very well. It's not pretty but it works. I was advised on the bigger trucks the renter is allowed to tow their own trailers like a boat trailer. PENSKY does not allow this. i'll be back.
