I booked a trailer at a location that was close to my house and a time that I was able to get there after work. Got the confirmation email with the location I booked at for pick up and drop off. The day I was scheduled to pick up I get a text and notice the time has changed and a different address. So I had to drive farther to get the trailer and it was at a time that I didn’t schedule. Than had to drive farther to drop it off. No one was there to help disconnect the (not light) no tongue jack so it had to be lifted off. As a disabled veteran with back pain this was difficult.
