The building is unmarked. The office hidden behind the building is unmarked. I had to call U-Haul customer service and flag down a random human coming to access their storage unit just to find the office and the person to give the key to. Arrived at 9:52, didn’t find key return/check in person until 10:15. It was clean enough I suppose, office person was friendly once we found her. Liked that this drop off location was only 3minutes from my house, and I didn’t get verbally assaulted like I did at pickup. Y’all need signage tho!

On Saturday it was raining. We were half way to our destination. The windshield wiper on the passenger side did not work. Somehow I managed to to get to to the drop off place and reported. I hope they fixed it .
