I reserved a truck 4 days in advance. I went to see the truck on the agreed-upon day, and none were available. They sent me to another location 30 minutes away. I arrived at that very poorly maintained place, with an unbearable cigarette smell. Because of all that I had to go through, I lost almost two hours of time, which is why I arrived late to the new apartment with my things that I had to move. I arrived when the office had already closed, and they couldn't give me the keys. So I had to sleep inside the truck until the next day when they gave me the keys to enter the apartment. Finally, the office staff was very rude.

A call was put in explaining why the location was POOR and I wouldn't recommend to a friend. They display offensive language in and vulgar humor in posters in the front office. The place was filthy also with trash cans running overflowing.

GLENN WAs a non-smoker, I was having trouble breathing at the pickup site. My wife who is asthmatic, had to go outside.
RICHARD OTerrible experience from the office that smelled like a bar to the man working the counter. He just barked at me. “Name” “License” and so on, finally shoving a set of keys and blankets at me. “I don’t have dollies so I took them off your charges” was the finale as if I should be eternally grateful. I had ordered a few dollies just in case the movers didn’t have any or needed an extra. This is info I really needed to know beforehand.
