We were charged for a lost key that was not lost. When we returned the u-haul van, the key was given to the gentleman at the counter. There was only 1 key given at pick up and 1 key was returned at drop off. Unable to reach the location to discuss the error and unable to leave a message. The corporate help line could only create a complaint and create a complaint.
