We had a very nice experience overall. Only 2 things to suggest: I needed a better tutorial (how to put gas in the van/working the parking brake/windshield wipers/lights,etc) before leaving the lot. ALso, the asphalt on the lot itself is in terrible condition and needs major repairs.
