Jeff RI don't know if I'd recommend u haul in general unless someone came up with some type of platform that was set up not to fail for the customer such as if you are a second late you have to call somebody for them to reset your contract link that causes you for pickup it takes 3 hours and drop off the same s*** one second late and boom you're sitting here for 3 hours trying to get in touch with somebody to reset the link just to be able to return or pick up PS4 and another thing roadside assistance might as well run U-Haul because they're the only ones that answer the phone go roadside assistance. Big shout out to Fitz!! Robin!! and Staci!!!

carlos pTrailer was covered with motor and transmission oil from previous rental. The wheel straps were too short and the driver side strap ratchets is not functioning correctly and I would recommend replacement. Super nice guys and very helpful otherwise.

thomas JLocation looks really rough. Dirt parking lot, potholes, etc. Equipment and service was excellent. When recommending to a friend I would warn them about the visuals. As for the average rating, I just don't have many locations to compare it to.
Paul wWe dropped off after it closed (3 PM). I wished that they stayed open a bit longer for a weekday. There was parking available for the truck and I used their app to return the vehicle without an issue. The GPS route routed us onto a very small road from much more busy road so that was an abrupt turn; however, it is close to an interstate so took less time to get to the location.

John BCloses at 3pm. Nobody around. Cash paying customer paid an additional deposit on top of the rental cost. I never received my deposit back!!!!!!!!
Andrew GI had great service, truck was clean, check in was nice and smooth. location is just very industrial, super bad road/parking lot. I personally don't mind but I can see some people feeling less easy about leaving their vehicle.

ROBERT NMoose was very helpful in resolving an incorrect charge issue for us. The system tried to charge me for an additional day despite returning the equipment by the time indicated on the contract.

JAMES BMoose & their staff were very friendly & accommodating. They made several adjustments to my reservation, getting me into a 26 ft. Truck, letting me get the toy-hauler the day after I loaded the truck, guided me securing my RAM & crediting me back after we realized i over loaded my RAM exceeding the 10,000 max on the toy-hauler. Again, supper friendly & helpful. Thanks!
DAVID TMy experience was quick and easy... Glad to know that Uhaul is there and reasonable for all my large cargo needs... Thank you ~ My son uses them for hauling his motorcycles and told me that I could rent a cargo van for my occassional need to move model fruntiure... He was right!
LISA JThe people running this location were great. Truly exceptional service. The parking lot however..wow. I had a new truck that I was hesitant to enter the lot in. Water standing in large potholes had to be traversed to get to trailer..the parking g lot is a hot mess. Again, the people inside could not have been nicer.
EDDY MStress free hookup the staff was very helpful. Had trouble with my hitch and they helped to remedy it.

REEVA SLots of other non U-haul related equipment and vehicles in the vicinity. The access road needs maintenance (big bumps and potholes) and the parking lot where the Uhaul equipment should be graded and paved.
RONALD CRough neighborhood, but reception and checkout by U-Haul attendant was great. The return of truck was just as straightforward, as was final receipt of payment. This was 2nd use of U-Haul within a month, and I’m a real convert. First class company!
