Paul JThe employee at the location did an outstanding job of what he was required to do. I went online, made a reservation, paid in full, and received a receipt. Go to the location to pick up the rental and was informed that I had to provide a contact and that the contact had to answer the phone or I could not receive the equipment. There was nothing in writing when I made the reservation and still can’t find anything today. If I missed the policy please provide it to me and I will then remove my poor rating. If this is the case the provide it upfront so we can no. I was then threatened that he had the right to deny my rental because I made a statement about this policy. Never in over 30 years using this company did they have to call my contact to make sure they answer. Was never told what would happen if they had to use my contact. I will NEVER use this location again. It explains why they have so much unused equipment just sitting around.
