I expected to pick up in person at one location but was notified that I was to pick up in Hales Corners. Nobody was there at my pick up time and when the clerk returned she was not respectful at all. Short and rude in response. When she finally agreed to help us that cost was not what I had expected until I helped her correct it.

The U-Haul system took almost 45 minutes for me to pick a truck up. The truck reeked of cigarettes. The location is great, the owner was very helpful but we had to wait for you system to load. It’s 2025 update your system.
