The location had no signs and no way to help renters without anyone there. I also ordered a furniture dolly and hand truck but those were not included in the truck. I had to rent a hand truck from Home Depot. I did receive a refund for the items that I was charged for (which also included extra items that I did not want or order). It was a very stressful situation because I didn't have a lot of time to waste and specifically chose a time because that was the only window of time that would work. I will definitely be looking elsewhere for moving trucks if I even need one in the future.
