We had reserved our 26' truck for a different location. When we were informed that it would not be back in time, our reservation was transferred to a location that was 30 miles away. Due to this distance, we were forced to rent the truck for an extra day. This, in addition with an extra 60 round trip miles due to pick up and drop off location GREATLY increased the cost of this rental. U-haul should NOT have charged us for either the extra day or the extra miles since this was all caused by U-haul reserving us a vehicle at a location that wasn't available
