I had a problem with I haul reservation. They asked me to drop off at Salisbury location and I said no because it's more than 50 minutes from me and they said fine. But then when they send me the contract, the drop off location was Salibury.
Adham A.This was the most difficult uhaul experience I've ever had. Not only did they change our reservation multiple times, but 20 minutes before our reservation time they tell us that there is no truck for us. When they finally got a truck for us there was no access to a key and no response from customer service for almost 30 minutes before we finally reached someone. We had to drive an extra 20 miles to return the truck, which we were charged for. When asked to leave a review originally we did not get any response after voicing our concerns.
