At pick up- a pit bull was tied to the parking lot fence barking at me the whole time (about 10 feet away) as I was taking photos, then when I got to the key box to unlock it, the pitbull was only 2-3 feet away from me, barking at me as I was trying to get the key. The truck was clean and the lady on the phone was very helpful, but the situation next to the truck when trying to do the pick up, was not something I would do again. I can handle myself, but if it were my daughter or my wife there- I would have been very upset with the situation they would have been put in.
Kevin LCargo areas was not clean. Furniture dolly and furniture pads were not in truck. We had to go to the main Columbus Rd location to get things corrected.
Matt RBuilding looked abandoned. There was a guy sitting in a truck at the return location who said he would take care of the return. I had no idea if he was an employee or someone who would have drove off in the truck once we left. He was nice and helpful but the whole drop off set up was very sketchy
