This location needs better wifi and needs to be open for people. it took me a hour to get my truck and hour to drop it off and others were there having problems also. this place is a joke. Will never use this place ever again.

I expressed a valid need for a price adjustment and instead I was charged the full amount with zero communication even though I had a truck that required an emergency service call that took many hours
Lynn H.Make the process of renting on the app easier and better for lower cellular service areas! It took 45 minutes to check out the U-Haul! Not the sites fault but the requirements of the app's fault! This was my first time and it was overwhelming on the app! I would do it again, but I don't want to experience that again! The staff on the location were on point, informative, and very nice! I'm thankful for them!
