There was confusing drop off instructions. It’s on a very busy main street so I felt uncomfortable leaving the U-Haul truck on the Main Street. The side street parking was unavailable because of street cleaning /no parking signs. There was also no access to get inside of the gate where you could leave the truck safely. My drop off was a Sunday so the establishment was closed. There was no signage on where to safely park trucks turned in outside of business hours.

Eddie yTake away their contract and ability to rent out trucks. If that's not possible, force them to only list what they can ACTUALLY provide on their website. Nobody was there at the time of my reservation nor did they have the things I had reserved on the website.
