First off, the first truck that was rented to me would not start. So, another charge had to be put on my debit card. The second truck had several sensors that were going off, but I was told that was normal. The trucks are not maintained AT ALL and it shows. How in the world would you expect someone to have confidence in renting from U Haul when the trucks are in terrible shape? Shame on this company for doing the absolute bare minimum and expecting the staff at Napa to rent these trucks out. How embarrassing. Do better U Haul. One another note, the gentleman that was assisting me from Napa was extremely polite, apologetic and helpful.

How U-Haul Reviews Workthe trailer brakes were not working could of been a real problem if I weren't and experienced having a class A license. they were told of the problem and they didn't seem to care. I would think proper maintenance would be very important to u haul!
