I did a night drop, then called to confirm all was good. Waited on hold over 20 minutes 2x and never got a live person next day. Then they charged me for extra day even though I brought it back same day(2days early)

Abraham JI received a went to self return, which did not work. I tried calling the phone number for the location and got a voicemail for a person and I left a message. There were no instructions provided on what to do upon return. I tried calling the U-Haul customer service line and sat on hold for over 10 minutes and finally was able to obtain a person through live chat. The lot itself was not secured. There was no one there and it appeared to be in a junkyard. I was very uneasy about leaving the trailer there until I got confirmation from someone and felt very unsafe in that location just sitting there. The drop off experience was extremely unpleasant and I would not recommend this location to anyone. The service was nonexistent.
SHELLEY KWe booked a reservation at 8 am. The place didn’t open til 9. The guy was a couple minutes late and then gave us a truck with a flat tire. Extremely frustrating process.
