Originally rented from a different location, but they had not arranged for remote pick-up & the location was closed. Called customer service (waited on hold for a long time), and had them switch it to this location. The area around this location was not safe & I don't appreciate being put at risk. Additionally, the app was very buggy, so I had to call customer service again. All of this cost me at least an hour, and I had hired laborers so it also cost me money. I will be very reluctant to ever use U-Haul again.
