James M.Mobile pickup was a pain.. it would not allow us to verify indenity, Online reservation said $119 due at pickup. We was charged $181 at pickup. Reservation was at 4pm, she was leaving the office as we pulled in, had we not caught her, we would not have been able to get our rented dollys with the U-Haul because they was not ready with the U-Haul for us, or pick up the U-Haul because the mobile pickup would not allow us to verify.
