Robert JI paid for 60 km, used 40 km, and was told I would not receive a refund for the unused km’s. Since when?? I rented a uhaul in May, did not use the guessed km’s and had a refund. Complete rip off
LEASA MThere was nobody at the location for pickup or drop off they charged me $20 for remote fee. Also charged $50 for cleaning and a $41 top up on fuel. Just because they have a yard to store uhauls in it doesn’t mean that U-Haul should let their name get dragged thru the mud by other companies in charge of their products. I’m very disappointed and now will consider other options for my rental needs.
