Give the customers what they want to rent! As everyone knows, you have to plan for a move. We reserved well in advance and didn't get what we wanted. We rented a 15' truck and ended up with a 26' truck. The only way to get that 15' truck was to drive (as we were told) is to drive to Oshkosh! Now - really. We had movers lined up to be at our house at 8:00 am and movers up north at 4:30. I have to tell you too Laura, the representative at East Central Coin is professional, kind and knows her stuff. She deserves a raise!!!! What a gal!
