He hurried us through, but some people need this and he knew I was a repeat customer. However, equipment needed wasn't available at other sites, so we incurred extra milage, and the trucks were still a little difficult to drive.

DANIEL NAlso, I had to drive a long way from my home to return it when there is a U-Haul dealer virtually across the street. I was able to drop off after hours. When i called to verify they got it ok, i just got "yeah," nothing verifying it. Had to wait for the email which is fine, but it was not very reassuring.
