Get rid of the customer service in Phoenix Arizona they are completely worthless rude lying ,assholes. That screwed up my reservation and put the blame on the local location. I've never dealt with a worse corporate office than uhaul. And once again local office was great and helpful. The customer service , scheduling Dept worse I've ever dealt with. I don't think I'll ever do business with uhaul again

Because I was making a last minute reservation for same day pickup, the sales rep suggested that I reserve the truck online. I have to say that it was so easy and it saved time at the store. I recommend the online reservation.



When we picked up the truck, we were told the dolly was in the back of the truck. Silly us, we took their word for it. Got to our destination and it wasn’t in there. We called 3x (between that night and morning) and were promised someone would call us back - no one ever did and I have called twice since to get the charge taken off our bill and still no one will return the call. Very unprofessional.

Upon arriving and waiting a few minutes, I had to seek out assistance because no one was around in the front. And even after I alerted the guy I was there, I continued to wait. I didn't know u haul did mechanical work on vehicles.

First I want to make clear that this rating is for Taft Rd location and Uhaul as a whole....NOT THE CICERO LOCATION OR IT'S EMPLOYEES.The rates for the equipement were good. The employees at the taft rd location should be fired. I made a reservation for a car trailer for 730am at taft rd location. After standing in line at this location for 45 minutes(while one employee reclined in his chair and looked at people waiting but did nothing), the rude employee told me someone had overbooked and my trailer was no longer available. He said I would have to go to another location and not his problem or fault. I asked for Cicero pickup. Now I have to go to that location only to stand in line for another 45 minutes because just like the other location, they are very understaffed for the customer demand. I will say the employees at the Cicero location were at least pleasant and willing to help. I finally got my trailer at 930...2 hours behind schedule. I now was late to pick up the out of state car and their DMV had closed so I have to drive back to PA next Saturday to get paperwork done. This was the WHOLE point of a 730 reservation. Now today I get my receipt and have been charged more than double what was quoted. Managemnet didn't even offer a discount or anything for all the wasted time and incompatence of their employess. I am so dissatisfied with this company as a whole and do not/will not recommend to anyone. For the extra 15-20 dollars elsewhere for the same equipement without the headache is worth it.

Have more than 1 person working.It was a sat morning,how can ONE employee up front to take care of every customer when each rental entails a lot of interaction and questions.Complete disappointment and I’ll never go there again.Horiffic experience.You need better mgmt and scheduling procedures in place or that location will fail as a disaster.

45 mins after I dropped off the vehicle a sales rep called and informed me that I did not leave the keys in the vehicle, called me 2 times telling me I owe 100 dollars and that two people looked all over the vehicle for them. After I told him they were on the dashboard where I said they were in the first place he stopped calling....... clearly he never looked in the first place..... piss poor lazy staff

Truck stunk like cigars. In the past the employees would walk out and go over things with me and confirm the truck condition. I was asked to initial that the truck was clean before I ever saw it. The truck didn't have a full tank of gas so when I filled it I paid for more gas than I used costing me more for the rental than it should have. Not at all happy with the experience this time.

reserved 20 furniture pads and this location had 0 on hand at 8:00 AM. made my move much more difficult scrambling to find blankets to protect my furniture. I reserved the furniture pads when I reserved the trailer, not sure why mine were given away. Very frustrating
