Shelly M. | Overall ExperienceAlthough the woman was very nice when I was there I had to unlock my card and did not have my phone with me she said she would put the payment through after I got it unlocked. It it was only about 5 minutes later and she did not put the payment through, so when I went back to put my stuff in the unit I could not get in. Left a message with the GM who did not call back and missed a day of work the next day to get into the unit.

ROBIN M. | First ImpressionsJust yesterday I emptied my storage unit out I had to stop at the dump to throw a practically brand new loveseat sofa worth $700 because it was soaking wet absorb ton of water had mold between the cushions very displeased I will never recommend anybody ever use a storage unit I called to see what kind of recourse I could take in a lady pretty much said nothing we also paid for the monthly insurance sick to my stomach for having to throw it out

She needs a class in dealing with the public, ie. saying, “”Sorry for the wait”; “Sorry for your trouble in the yard (gate wouldn’t open, broken lock) . Waiting lines very long. Get some extra help for her!
