The clerk was not experienced although we were his very first customer. We had to hook up the trailer ourselves. A walk around with them was not done which came into play when we had to call u haul to have some wiring fixed. Could not get on the interstate because of this. Thank goodness the repair was an easy fix. We were told by someone that the lights were not working.
