The location is good. The truck was good. The price was good. The service was not. The cashier behind the gas station counter made me feel like I was bothering him when I asked how to rent a vehicle that I had reserved. When I called the number on the gas station wall per his instructions, I got a voice message that didn't identify the company. Someone called back and came out from somewhere to help me fairly quickly. But he was so abrupt and terse with words that he made me feel like I was bothering him too. When I returned the vehicle, he didn't even come out of his hiding hole. I got conflicting instructions where to leave the key from the man behind the counter and the man on the phone. I gave my phone to the man behind the counter so the two of them could figure it out. I like to go where people appreciate my business, or at least don't make me feel like I am inconveniencing them.

Nataliya KThe uhaul was absolutely disgusting, cigarettes everywhere in the cab, dirty with food in the back where I’m putting furniture. I payed for gas and now trying to charge 20 dollars for more gas. Driving the truck did not feel safe, the door was broken and I had to slam the door in order for it to stick. This location needs to be inspected , reported or shut down. I payed $80 for a rental that was 19.95 and I drove maybe 15 miles round trip for about 3 hours with a top off where the gas was when I picked it up. I think this location is scamming customers.
