One of the rims had a huge dent and did not allow air to stay in the tire. Also got moved to a different location the night before my move. Got charged double what I should have been charged because I was a little bit late because of the move of the location.

Hard to find U-Haul “office”. No clear instructions that it was in the gas station. Van still had trash in it
Carrie SFuel tank was at a quarter full. Accessories that were requested upon pick up were not included
Brandon RI got there before closing, but the attendant had already left. I had to pull out 2 trucks myself to get to the trailer, put the trailer on alone for a 6x12 trailer (it’s heavy!) and then back the trucks I pulled out into the space.
Zachary PI was directed to this location to get a 26' truck...I DID NOT GET A 26' TRUCK, which SEVERELY IMPACTED my move.
