Put a disclaimer online that the 10' trucks do not have a loading ramp. We reserved one, knowing we were just moving 1 piano, but had to upgrade to the 26' truck because we knew it was too heavy to load without a ramp. If you had new out of longer trucks, I'm not sure what we would have done.

We had a great experience with this location and U-Haul.
Amanda RConvenient location for me and fast and easy pick up. The only issue I had was with the mobile return. I took the pictures five different times and had technical problems everytime I was almost complete I would have to start over.
Jennifer TI found the experience to be smooth except for the additional verification steps required to rent from this location. It was such an inconvenience which is a real bummer since the rest of the experience was very convenient. The additional verification steps required were not communicated prior to arrival to arrival.
wallace bDrop off location was either misprinted on my contract or changed without notice. Arrived at proper drop off location only to find the business closed prior to posted hours. Experience could have been better.
