The location was over 20 miles from my destination. The location has cancelled their contract with U Haul, but was nice enough to accept the return. I don't know why they would tell me to take it to this location when they were closed.

The u haul website is difficult for the vendor to navigate. You don’t offer explanation for the two letter acronyms. They need to switch from the computer to a mobile device to take photos of my license? I’ve rented uhauls at least 4 times in the last 16 years and registration with your company has always sucked. At least you are consistent. I planned for 30 minutes to do the paperwork based on my prior experience and it took that long.
