Jonathon and the other lady working with him went above and beyond for customer service. I have rented from U-haul several times in my life and never received better customer service. So happy to have found this location as it will not be my go to U-haul rental spot.

The truck I rented door was bent and would not seal at top of window , with the door shut I could see daylight and it whistled with air as I drove it . The truck was an older year and had 150,000 miles on it . I did the job that was asked of it , and only need to move my mother in law a mile to here next apartment . Total miles used was 7 .
