Truck was dirty. Animal in the cab, chewing tobaco spit on the steering wheel and the cargo area was not swept out. I needed 12 blankets and there were none. I did not want a dolly but one was added to my order. I had to go to another location to get blankets. That location was told about the steering wheel (which they cleaned) and the animal hair.

Jerome HIf the location says a truck is there then should be there but the location I put the first time called me and said they had 2 trucks my size so idk what the problem was there
AUSTIN MThe system must have had a glitch because it was not showing that I was supposed to return uhaul at this location. I’m glad I had my paperwork with me if not i was informed there would be a charge.
