No suggestions for improvement. The building and grounds were much cleaner and well-kept than I would expect for a truck rental and storage facility, and the staff were very friendly.

Scott CUpon pick up, the keys were locked in the truck and they couldn’t get it unlocked for 30 minutes which hindered our move time.
James BI put two gallons of fuel in less than a mile away from the drop off location. On the final billing I was charged for two additional gallons of fuel. I only drove the U-Haul 13 miles total.
