No one was there when I arrived during posted business hours. I used the key drop box. The facility appeared to be clean, from what I could see through the windows. It was not welcoming, due both to the locked doors and the lack of any sign indicating where to park the truck, etc.

John MThe communication was pooor , no one picks up the phone . I dropped my truck off to location the same night I got it. Around 7pm . I dropped the Keys in the drop off lock box . They didn’t check the lock box that night & it took them 10 days to sign the truck in as returned & they signed it as returned the wrong day . Very stressful experience & the most stressful part of my move.
