No one onsite, which would have been fine if the Uhaul website was working. After several attempts and multiple try later notices (wasnt going to sit and wait for website to work), decided to downlad app, which took 15min due to service and another 15 mins to get all photos to upload.

LINZY GThe U-Haul app kept sending me notifications about my rental return even after the truck had been returned and the app confirmed that the rental was complete. This is not a knock on Big Oak Center Storage, which did everything right as far as I can tell... but the glitch was annoying.
