The location itself was ok, and the people running it were great, but having to drive nearly 80 miles to rent a truck was disheartening. Not to mention the roads into and out of the location are quite difficult to navigate with a 26 foot truck.

Cory F.This is a complaint against UHaul scheduling and not Big Oak Center Storage. When I reserve equipment, I expect it to be reserved. Too many times UHaul has called me to say my equipment is not available and look to find it in a different location. In this case, I reserved it in Cotati, CA and had to drive about 45 minutes out of my way to pick up the equipment in Clearlake Oaks, CA. This is annoying and a bad business model.
