The branch manager, Darlene was very unprofessional. Her communication was the worst I have ever experienced. I called for a reservation and she was able to confirm it once I arrive she rushed me to sign in initial papers. The only thing she seemed concerned about was my ID and my credit card once I went to the vehicle I noticed that there was white dust in the back of the vehicle. I briefly use the vehicle for only four hours when I returned the vehicle, I put more gas in it as requested. I thrive off of integrity and honesty. Once I received my receipt. I noticed I was overcharged for $60 for a cleaning fee. When I called Darlene. She told me that I should’ve read the instructions. I don’t believe I was treated fairly I will never use this U-Haul again. They were so unprofessional.

Passenger side windshield wiper rubber was broken. This wasn't a big deal but it is something to note. There's also an honest mistake on the pricing. Mileage was incorrectly recorded. I called to get it corrected and it was very quickly resolved. Overall, I would return to this place.
